We offer personalized weekly 1-on-1 coaching and twice-weekly workgroups to provide targeted support, actionable strategies, and collaborative opportunities to help you achieve your goals.
1-on-1 Coaching methods:
- Learn about ADHD and Executive Function.
- Take an executive function assessment.
- Choose a high motivation task to start on.
- Learn techniques to play to your strengths.
- Learn strategies to compensate for your weaknesses.
- Practice your new skills.
- Practice them some more.
- Work to build these new skills into habits.
- Find some success.
- Build a positive flywheel.
Workgroups methods:
- Sign-in to a Zoom room with other ADHDers.
- You state your intentions for the next 90 minutes.
- Work in three 25 minute work sessions, with a 5 minute break between each one.
- At end of the session, each person reports on progress to goal.
- Your workgroup members become friends and accountability partners.
